TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
One day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at night (for local reservations,
hotels, agencies, vacation homes,) except for exceptions approved by the
company. There is a courtesy period of the company of 29 minutes, after
this period an additional charge will be made for the hours that have been
exceeded or one day after 3 hours.
Cancellation policies: Cancellation during the months of January to April /
October to December 24 hours before the reservation and from May to
September, both included, 72 hours before the reservation.
INSURANCE AND EXEMPTIONS
The rates include civil and criminal liability and damages to third parties
derived from the use and circulation of the vehicle. These coverages are
guaranteed and are assumed by the insurer with which the lessor has
arranged the corresponding insurance policy. This policy does not cover
damage, loss or any other loss suffered in luggage, merchandise or personal
belongings transported in the vehicle. The client can take out additional
insurance and exemptions that are listed in the section (insurance and
exemptions list). In none of the cases does it cover the towing service.

FUEL
The fuel consumed by the vehicle during the rental period will be paid by
the lessee. The lessee must refuel the vehicle with the type of fuel
suitable for it. Otherwise, the Lessee will be responsible for the expenses
caused by the transfer and/or repair of the damages that could have been
produced in the vehicle due to the use of inadequate fuel.
Fuel Policy: Full/Full. If it is not returned full, the company will
charge an extra charge of €15 for refueling + the amount of fuel.
PAYMENT / CREDIT CARDS
The estimated amount of the service will be charged in advance, as well as
a deposit, to be valued by Unirent based on the type of vehicle and the
insurance contracted by the lessee, for gasoline or other extras, if any,
which will be settled at the end of the lease. In the event that payment is
made in cash, Unirent reserves the right to request one or more credit
cards from the lessee as a guarantee. In order to increase the rental days
initially provided, the client must supplement the deposit accordingly.
Only credit cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard.
Keys / Driver Age
Traffic fines
All fines for infringement will be borne by the client.
Lost or damaged keys
In the event of loss or damage to the vehicle keys, the client must pay the
cost of their replacement, the amount of which is €250.
Driver age
Groups B/C, having reached 21 years of age and at least 1 year of driving
license. 25 years for the rest of the groups.
At the time of delivery of the vehicle, the company undertakes to review
the state of the vehicle with the consumer and to reflect the blows and
other pre-existing damages in the delivery document, if the client requests
it.
At the time of the return of the vehicle, and after the review of the state
of the same by the company, the consumer can demand a copy of the review
report, indicating the presence or absence of damage and the detail of the
themselves.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Do not leave personal belongings inside the car.
Do not drive on unpaved roads, beaches, etc.
· Always take the copy of the contract and the map that you are given when
you rent the vehicle, where the telephone numbers of the Unirent offices
appear, in case you have an emergency and have to call us.
· Respect the speed limits, drive carefully and thus you can better enjoy
your vacation.
Always use the seat belt.
· If you stop the vehicle to see some interesting sight or take pictures,
leave it well parked, otherwise it may cause serious accidents.
